Every Room Looks Out at the Lake
The three rooms at Viva Andur are built facing the Andur Dam backwater — so whether you're waking up, reading, or just lying on your bed doing nothing, the water is always in view.
The rooms are built in traditional laterite stone (chira) — the same stone Konkan farmhouses have used for generations. Cool in summer, warm in winter, and naturally beautiful.
Every room comes with 2 attached washrooms, each with its own toilet and wash basin — so no one ever has to queue.
And yes — there's no AC. You won't need one. The wind that comes off the lake keeps the farmhouse pleasantly cool all year.
